


Refund Policy
No Refund Policy – Virtual Calls
All virtual calls, consultations, and coaching sessions purchased through Memory Momentum are non-refundable.
Because these sessions require dedicated time, preparation, and scheduling, no refunds will be issued once a call has been purchased, regardless of attendance or outcome.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your scheduled call, you may request to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be considered a missed session.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled virtual call without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. No refunds or credits will be provided.
Technical Issues
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the required technology (Zoom, device, audio). Technical difficulties on the client’s end do not qualify for a refund.
Agreement
By purchasing a virtual call with Memory Momentum, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
