How the process works

Every Done-For-You client begins with a Digital Photo Clarity Audit, which is included in this service.

The audit allows us to:

  • understand your starting point

  • identify priorities

  • estimate scope

  • recommend a realistic approach

From there, we work with you to determine:

  • how much support you want each month

  • what pace fits your life and budget

  • how involved (or hands-off) you’d like to be

Done-For-You Photo Organizing begins with a conversation.

Because this service is highly customized and involves deeper access and planning, we ask all Done-For-You clients to begin with a 30-minute paid clarity consult. This allows us to understand your starting point, answer questions, and confirm that this level of support is the right fit — before moving forward.

Pricing & structure

Done-For-You Photo Organizing is billed based on time.

  • $150 per hour for organizing work

  • Administrative time is billed separately, as needed
    (planning, coordination, file management, documentation)

The total time required depends on:

  • your starting point

  • the size and complexity of your photo collection

  • how quickly you’d like the work completed

Some clients choose:

  • a few hours per month

  • a steady monthly rhythm

  • or short, focused bursts of work

We help you choose a structure that feels sustainable and transparent.
